Writer's Block: Frozen delights

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Be a Shark...

Just another lovely fall day here in Michigan...just waiting for the rain to show up...of course it probably won't rain because the weatherman said it was going to rain and we know the whole lot of them are just liars.

Watching the Being Human US marathon on Syfy right now. Hellloooo...James Bishop....oh yeaaahh! (wow that was creepier than I intended it to be...just got an image of the Kool-Aid man) I really like this show but I've come to the conclusion that I really don't like Aidan. He criticizes Bishop in the 50's about him having a relationship with a human and 50 years later he's living with a werewolf and ghost while sucking on hospital blood. Aidan tells Bishop that the whole situation spits in face of their people...um excuse me!!....and what you're doing doesn't? Uh-uh...I don't think so....you can't get away with a line like that. Aidan is somewhat of a douche.

I have to find a topic soon for my A&P project...but I don't know what to pick.......damn.

I've decided I need to join Tumblr. It looks like the place to be.

So...I've been thinking that they need to have a Supernatural Convention in Michigan. And if they can't find a place to have it...they can have it at my house. All that amazing hottness in one place...yes please!

Quote of the Day:
Eddie Murphy in new Tower Heist movie: "I will blow your face clean off your face!" LMFAO!

So close yet so far away....

So, I am sooo jealous of anyone who was able to make it to the Supernatural Chicago Convention this weekend. All you lucky, lucky people you!!

Sadly, I've never been to one and until about a month ago I didn't even know they existed.

I know, I know I have the nerve to call myself a Supernatural fan. *feeling shame*

It sounded like it was fucking amazing (actually I think it's still going on...4:02pm here in Michigan). Been stalking Tumblr (which I've decided I need to sign up for one of those) and twitter, getting the first-hand accounts and pictures from the peeps who were able to go.

I read and saw the picture evidence that Mark Pellegrino took a stage-dive and was crowd surfing. He crashed karaoke with Matt and Richard and was singing 'Big Balls' by ACDC. During his panel with Sebastian, apparently many of their answers were perverted or booze related.

Why oh why couldn't I have been there?

Also, someone posted that they witnessed Pellegrino helping an older woman into her wheelchair. Damn you, Mark! Just another reason added to list of why I LOVE you!

I am pretty sure I came across a picture of Jared with Misha thrown over his shoulder.

I went through this Chicon stuff fast because I don't have that much time right now, so I will be definately going back to stalking Tumblr and Twitter when I have some more time.

Writer's Block: Paranormal Activity

The college that I go to used to be a TB sanatarium. The original building is still there and some classes are taught in that building. The building has been remodeled but there are still some things that they didn't change from the original...like the one main elevator (not working) that looks like it would take you to hell and the bathrooms (which are very creepy). These bathrooms are poorly lit and aren't very big...three stalls, two sinks, and a line of lockers. I went to the bathroom and I was washing my hands when I noticed in the mirror that the door on one of the lockers behind me opened real slowly. It was majorly creepy. The locker door wasn't latched so it easily could have swung open from movement in the bathroom but I was the only one in there and wasn't close enough to it that it would move because of me. I dried my hands and left quickly. That whole building gives me a creepy vibe and I don't really like being in it at night which is why I stay away from night classes in that building. I've heard of some people hearing noises because apparently there is a set of underground tunnels that run under the college. Apparently they used these tunnels to transport the dead bodies from the building so that it would not upset other patients.

My dad also had an experience. He was getting ready for work one morning when he heard a rustle and looked up to see my grandpa (his father) walk out of my bedroom and down the hallway. This happened a week after my grandpa passed away. When he later told me, even though he was my grandpa, I was somewhat creeped out.

Writer's Block: It’s about to get hairy

For me, it depends on the guy.

Some guys look good with beards, some don't.

Some guys look good with goatees, some don't.

Some guys look good with mustaches, some don't.

I prefer the look that most people call scruff. When a guy doesn't have a full beard but he hasn't shaved for a few days.

Perfect example is Hugh Laurie's Dr. House and Mark Pellegrino's Lucifer. Two people/characters who make facial hair so fucking attractive.
I like to think it will happen one day but sadly I'm not sure we're capable of it.
If you had to go an entire week without TV, music, or your mobile phone, which would you choose, and why?

My phone. I hate being on the phone. The only reason I have a cell phone is for emergencies.

I have to be able to watch tv and listen to music. I would go psychotic without them both.
What is your favorite John Lennon song, and why?

How did I miss this one?

Sadly I missed posting for John's 70th Birthday, so better late than never.

This man was absolutely amazing! I would have done anything to see him live. His music is unforgettable and timeless. Everyone should be a John Lennon fan. I love all of his songs but if I had to pick a favorite it would probably have to be Imagine. I can listen to The Beatles and his solo stuff over and over again. And it never gets old. I would have loved to of just been able to hang out with him. (And of course he would have had to introduce me to Ringo!)

Even though he's gone...he will always be in my heart and will never be forgotten.

Writer's Block: MAKE IT STOP!

What was the last song you couldn't get out of your head no matter how hard you tried?

Sadly the last song that I couldn't get out of head was this song I heard on Americas Got Talent. This woman who did not make it on the show had one of the most annoying songs ever and I could not get it out of my head.

In my studio, studio, you'll find me in my studio, studio! Repeated over and over again!

Damn, you watch I won't be able to get this out of my head for the next week since I wrote about it.

I'm baaack...

I'm back after a two month hiatus. I thought there was something wrong with my computer, so I left it alone for a while. And turns out my virus software removed the problem some time ago! So, I've been depriving myself of livejournal for quite some time now and wow, it feels good to be back. I forgot how much I love this site.

Quite a bit has happened in these last two months...

Back to school with me. I've got three classes and I'm chuggin' along towards finally getting into a program. I'm sick of all these hoops we have to jump through just to receive an education. It really blows! And it is too damn expensive!

We found a kitten underneath my Dad's truck and it was so adorable we decided to keep it. We named it Peanut because it's orange like a circus peanut. He's a good little kitty. I have my nicknames for him: Mr. P and Lil' P. Yes, I am a weirdo but I can't help it. Chester likes to play with him and Eddie is still adjusting to having a cat around once again. I really didn't want another cat after we had to put Sebastian down but we couldn't just throw the poor thing out. I love animals too much to say "no". Needless to say, having a cat around again is nice but I really, really miss "my" cat, Spaz. It's been two years and it still feels like yesterday it happened. He was my first pet and I had him for 16 years, right from the beginning when he was just a baby. Damn, I miss him! :(

The first ten episodes of The Closer aired and comes back in December to finish its sixth season. It was a good one. I was pleased to find out that Brenda wasn't going to be the new Chief of Police. I just don't feel she could stay away from the crime scenes. I also felt that there was not enough Fritz. Granted, I know when these episodes were filmed Jon Tenney was shooting the Green Lantern but still there should have been more Fritz.

All my summer shows ended their seasons and I want to just touch on them...

Hawthorne - I knew she would end up pregnant. And I was happy to see that her and Tom finally got their shit together.

Warehouse 13 - This season was better than the first and that's difficult to say because the first was awesome. I really like Claudia, she has some amazing one liners and she cracks me up. It will be interesting to see if Myka comes back or not.

Top Chef D.C. - Good season. I'm glad Angelo did not win. I really wanted Ed to win. I really liked him, he had a demented sense of humor and was sarcastic in the kitchen, which was priceless.

Rizzoli & Isles - This show really was a plesant surprise. I couldn't believe how much I liked it and it better be renewed for a second season.

I know there are other shows that ended but I can't think of them. Lie to Me's season finale...I still haven't watched, it's sitting patiently on my DVR, just waiting.

House - Season Premiere - I was so excited for House to come back on! My favorite show is back. But that being said I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the whole Cuddy/Relationship situation. After seeing the episode I'm still on the fence. I don't mind Cuddy...I just don't know...

And I missed my chance to do a Happy Birthday post for Colin Firth.

Colin turned 50 on September 10th and I hope he had a good one and spent it with his family. He is amazingly talented and how can one not love Mark Darcy?

**Geez, this is the longest post I've ever done.
